As a Service and Interaction Designer at Accenture Federal Services, I specialize in simplifying the user experience of federal government websites, crafting intuitive navigation and empowering users to navigate and access government benefits.

Aside from work, I am a Viet American, double alumna of UNC Chapel Hill, and love Costco and reading on my new kindle. I am also a big fan of podcasts, with favorites like The Moth, Radio Lab, and This American Life, each provoking thoughts, laughter, and even tears.
